La l\u00e9gislation comprendra \u00e9galement une d\u00e9finition am\u00e9lior\u00e9e de service \u00ab ad\u00e9quat et convenable \u00bb, fournissant plus de clart\u00e9 concernant le transport et la circulation des grains au Canada.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Il est clair que le ministre Garneau et le ministre MacAulay ont \u00e9cout\u00e9 et agi en fonction des priorit\u00e9s du transport ferroviaire du secteur des c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et des ol\u00e9agineux \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Jim Everson, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Soy Canada. &quot;Nous continuerons \u00e0 travailler en \u00e9troite collaboration avec le gouvernement dans les mois \u00e0 venir pour nous assurer que l&#039;esprit et l&#039;intention de cette annonce sont pleinement refl\u00e9t\u00e9s dans la l\u00e9gislation qui sera pr\u00e9sent\u00e9e au printemps.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>L&#039;annonce du gouvernement f\u00e9d\u00e9ral intervient alors que Soy Canada participe \u00e0 la mission commerciale du ministre de l&#039;Agriculture en Chine. La production canadienne de soya augmente pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 la demande internationale croissante. Un transport ferroviaire efficace et fiable est un lien essentiel pour acheminer ces volumes croissants du terrain vers les march\u00e9s du monde entier.
