Polyvalent, au go\u00fbt doux et riche en graisses polyinsatur\u00e9es, c&#039;est un choix pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9 dans les cuisines domestiques et commerciales.<\/p>\n<p>La Commission canadienne des grains r\u00e9glemente le classement du soja, mais il n&#039;existe actuellement aucune norme officielle de classement pour l&#039;huile de soja. Pour guider les n\u00e9gociations entre acheteurs et vendeurs, l&#039;Association canadienne des transformateurs d&#039;ol\u00e9agineux (COPA) a \u00e9labor\u00e9 un ensemble de r\u00e8gles commerciales recommand\u00e9es.
